Your Fullerton College Microsoft account provides access to Microsoft services offered by the College.
You can use it to access Outlook email, Microsoft 365 applications, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft resources available with your account.
Campus Email (Outlook)
Use Outlook to access your Fullerton College email, calendar, and other Microsoft services associated with your account.
Student Sign-in
Username: (Example) 00001234@fullcoll.edu
*The numbers in your email address are your Student/Banner ID.
Password: Your MyGateway password
Employee Sign-in
Username: (Example) jdoe@fullcoll.edu
Password: Your FcNet password
About Your Microsoft Account
Your Fullerton College Microsoft account is used to access Microsoft services provided by the College. While you may use other college systems such as MyGateway or Canvas throughout your time at Fullerton College, this account is specifically used for Microsoft resources and supported campus technology.
Through the College’s Microsoft licensing agreement, currently enrolled students and active employees receive access to Microsoft 365 services.
Account Availability
Students
Student Microsoft accounts are generally created on the first day of the term and remain available for a limited time after enrollment ends. We encourage students to back up any important email and files before their account expires.
Employees
Employee Microsoft accounts generally remain active until separation or retirement from Fullerton College. Any exceptions must be requested through IMS and approved by the appropriate Vice President and Director of Academic Computing Technologies prior to separation or retirement.
