Who can access Microsoft 365?
Through our licensing agreement with Microsoft, students enrolled in the current term and employees have access to Microsoft 365 benefits.
Student accounts are generally created the first day of term, and are available for only a limited time after you once you complete your courses at Fullerton College. We encourage all students to backup their data and email at the end of each term.
Employees generally lose access the day after separation or retirement from Fullerton College. Any exceptions must be requested by your IMS and approved by the appropriate Vice President and Director of Academic Computing Technologies prior to separation or retirement.
